DELIVERY

From concept to implementation

WHAT A JOB TITLE DOES NOT SHOW

Insight. Concept. Delivery.

Her professional approach brings together three complementary capabilities: diagnosing complex problems, developing new concepts and leading their implementation.

01

Diagnosing complex problems

Identifies dependencies across processes, detects operational gaps and distinguishes symptoms from underlying causes.

02

Process and concept design

Rethinks existing workflows and designs new processes and digital service concepts, turning ideas into actionable steps.

03

Project leadership and delivery

Coordinates international teams and functions, clarifies responsibilities and leads the practical implementation of operational changes.

WORK COMPLETED AND CONCEPTS BUILT

Capabilities in practice.

Four different professional contexts in which problem analysis, solution design and implementation coordination came together.

Open a card to explore the professional example.

01Project leadership · Operational changeRestoring international operationsCoordinating fragmented financial processes and international teams during a complex operational recovery project.
Challenge
Incomplete process documentation, accounting discrepancies and poor coordination affected regional reconciliation activities.
Contribution
Led the recovery work, assessed operational gaps, clarified responsibilities, coordinated specialists and strengthened controls and communication.
Outcome
Financial corrections, more structured operations and stronger controls. A key project objective was achieved: the recovered processes passed internal and external audits.
02Concept development · Delivery coordinationBuilding independent digital projectsDeveloping independent digital service ideas into user-centred concepts, operating models and structured development activities.
Challenge
Identified service gaps and new user opportunities that inspired independent digital initiatives.
Contribution
Developed service concepts, operating logic, user experiences and visual direction, while coordinating development tasks and iterative testing.
Current status
Developed service and user experience concepts, defined operating models, and digital solutions progressing through different development and testing stages.

Completed Projects

03Process improvement · StandardisationStandardising international processesTransforming country-specific monthly reconciliation processes into more consistent and transparent ways of working.
Challenge
Different country- and process-specific templates, repetitive manual tasks and substantial administrative effort. Monthly reconciliations reflected activities across multiple operational areas, including payroll-related processes.
Contribution
Initiated and developed regional and European template standardisation. Later supported a global programme through pilot activities, knowledge transfer and control development within her area of responsibility.
Outcome
More consistent, transparent monthly reconciliation processes designed to support automation.
04Control review · Risk managementIndependent control and follow-upReviewing European financial reconciliations, documenting control gaps and following up on corrective actions.
Challenge
Regular independent internal control reviews of European balance-sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Contribution
Carried out senior-level control responsibilities delegated by her manager: identifying and documenting gaps, proposing review statuses, engaging management and following up on corrective actions.
Outcome
Consistent, documented control assessments and structured follow-up until findings were resolved.

PROFESSIONAL FIT & MOTIVATION

Where her capabilities make a difference.

Professional fit is defined by more than a job title. The complexity of the work, the scope of responsibility, the way people collaborate and opportunities for development all matter.

Select an area in the diagram.

Autonomy. Complexity. Ownership.

She may be particularly well suited to roles where she can understand the broader operation, solve complex problems and contribute to both designing and implementing solutions.

  • Complex operational and development challenges
  • Clear responsibilities and decision-making boundaries
  • Professional autonomy without micromanagement
  • Flexible, primarily remote working arrangements

SYNTHESIS

Value Creation.

The professional examples come from different fields, yet reveal a recurring approach. Analysing complex situations, designing new solutions and coordinating their implementation emerge together.

IN WHICH SITUATIONS?WHAT DOES SHE CONTRIBUTE?WHAT VALUE DOES IT CREATE?
Complex operational challengesSystem-wide problem analysis and coordinationRoot causes identified, clearer responsibilities
Fragmented, inconsistent processesProcess design, standardisation and control developmentMore consistent, transparent operations
New service or development opportunitiesCreative concept design and delivery coordinationDefined service models, clear development steps

The value is not confined to a single discipline. It emerges from combining problem understanding, concept development and coordinated delivery.
